ONE: 6 minutes abs ten times. (Or 10 minute abs six times…. either one works really….)
TWO: Play all 5 lives in Candy Crush and only refill 2 lives. (so really, play 7 rounds of Candy Crush)
THREE: Watch VH1’s “Behind the Music” on Gloria Estefan (or New Kids on the Block, or anyone else that we really weren’t wondering where they are now.)
FOUR: Fly from London to Amsterdam. Or Barcelona to Pisa. Or London to Paris. Or Boston to New York. Or many other places you could take the train or drive.
FIVE: Listen to Pink Floyd’s “Shine on you Crazy Diamond” song twice. Yes, only twice.
SIX: have a nap, or have 3x 20 minute power naps. How many naps are acceptable per day?
SEVEN: Cook 2 minute instant noodles, eat them, and feel sick for 55 minutes.
EIGHT: POWER HOUR
NINE: Count back from 3600 to 0 in one second intervals.
